The large patio door takes you onto the balcony, ideal for a relaxing evening glass of wine, with stunning views of another of the Canary islands of Fuerteventura and the Marina.
The master bedroom en-suite and benefits from twin wash basins set in marble, toilet, bidet and bathroom/shower.

Bedroom 2 has the benefit of a large built in wardrobe, providing ample storage space. There are 2 pine single beds with a matching bedside table.
There is a 2nd shower room on the ground floor with toilet and wash basin.

village in the most southerly tip of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands,
Playa Blanca has developed into Lanzarote's most beautiful resort,
with a fantastic new marina and promenade along the sea front. Not far from the quaint fishing village lies the island's most exquisite beach, Papaqayo. This is really a true paradise almost unequalled anywhere else in the world. There are numerous restaurants and bars and if you feel up to it you can always take the ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The trip takes just forty minutes and is a fabulous excursion. Other attractions within easy access by good roads are; Timanfaya National Park, La Geria, Charco del Clico, Los Ajaches National Park, Los Hervideros, Salinas del Janubio among others. Marc - we really enjoyed our visit to Lanzarote - so much more beautiful than I recall it. The Cactus Garden was a real highlight for us. The apartment was superb - we really appreciated all the facilities and the thought and taste that had gone into the furnishings. We were also impressed by the cleaning and maintenance arrangements - when we arrived the front door lock was very stiff and one of sliding windows was hard to open. Although we said nothing to anyone about this, both issues were fixed on the Monday cleaning visit. We liked Playa Blanca - hard to think of a more pleasant resort anywhere we have been. No badly behaving brits to be seen anywhere! All in all a very relaxing week. My only complaint was that I had a stinking cold for most of the week!

Dear Sue,
Thank you for your phone call, I'm glad the keys arrived back safely.
Despite the unsettled weather whilst we were in Lanzarote we all had a
good time. The villa is lovely and in an ideal location for easy access
to the local shop, new Marina, Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches.
We chose not to hire a car at the airport and had pre-booked our transfer
in the UK with A2B Transfers (www.A2Btransfers.com). This cost around
£60 return for the 4 of us. We were going to hire a car from the
local shop which had a good offer on of 10.50 euros per day but never
got round to it! If not walking down to the Rubicon Marina we found we
could easily get a taxi into Playa Blanca itself either from the taxi
rank in front of Netto or by walking down to the Iberstar Hotel.
The villa was beautifully clean, as was the crockery and glasses etc.
When staying in other properties we have often felt the need to wash things
before use but this time we didn't! A few more cooking utensils would
have come in handy, for example a smaller bowl to use in the microwave
and a roasting tin for the oven. The cleaning service was excellent -
we didn't expect 2 changes of towels and linen over our 10 day stay. The
DVD's and games were also appreciated on a cloudy afternoon. Saying that
on sunny days the pool area did benefit from all day sunshine. Also the
outside area was bigger than we had imagined from the photos on your web
site - there was ample room for everyone to be in the sun. It was also
very sheltered from the wind.(The only damage you seemed to have suffered
from the late November 'hurricane' was a broken plantpot).
We would not hestiate to recommed the villa to family or freinds who may
be thinking of visiting Lanzarote. Thank you for renting it to us. Have
a good trip in February - we envy you!!

Flights and car hire went smoothly, we found the Agents easily from
your directions and there gave us a coffee and took us to your villa.
We had a great time even though the weather was mixed and particularly
windy the first few days. I managed to cycle every morning but resorted
to the hire car to explore the rest of the island in the afternoons. We
found some good resurants and my fitness regime was spoilt by comsuming
too much food and drink.
You have a very nice villa with great facilities (but you will have to
have a look at the seal on the back door - there is a constant whistle
when the wind blows). The pool collected some sand but the pool man visited
most days without us asking and he did a good job.
I will be talking to you about a revisit!

We had lovely, relaxing holiday, we espescially enjoyed having our own pool to dip into whenever it got too hot.

The children were never out of the pool all day long, it gave us piece of mind to know were they were and that they were safe. The ensuite is really lovely, made mine back home seem tiny by comparison! It was great to be close enough to enjoy all the amenities, but far enough away to relax in peace and quiet.
P.S. You need a can opener.
